Hi, I’m Amy.

I’m a Life Coach specialising in work/life balance and self-worth. I support my clients in moving into a place of calm and balance from which they can thrive.

In a world where we feel we should always be ‘doing’… whether thats doing the most at work, doing something productive in our free time, doing the things that take our side hustle to the next level, doing the things our family expect of us… we need to find some balance.

I meet my clients exactly where they are; work with them to establish where they want to be; and support them in breaking down barriers to create a path toward their ideal life filled with confidence, self belief and most importantly… calm and balance.


My Approach

I will meet you exactly where you are and provide a safe place free from judgement to create the journey to where you want to be.

We look at your ideal life. What does it mean to you? How will things change for you and those around you? How will it feel to finally get there?

Build it

We break down the current barriers and we build a path step by step toward your ideal. You’ll have accountability and support along the way. We’ll work through the challenges and we will absolutely celebrate the wins.


My journey

Life is not supposed to be linear. It is meandering, it takes us on the journey we need to travel to get us where we need to be. My life has certainly not been linear and it has taught me a lot.

I’m an ex-people-pleasing perfectionist who had high-functioning anxiety and very low self-worth. I used to feel constantly stressed and wear my busyness as a badge of honour while I looped around a good old burnout cycle.

I spent my time worrying about being good-enough, worrying what others would think of me, and continually feeling like i’d fallen short of my own sky high expectations.

I was unhappy, anxious and exhausted.

Something had to change.

Then I found yoga. Yoga taught me to breathe and it taught me that it was safe to take an hour out of my day to be unavailable and to do something for myself. This was the start of a journey of deep self discovery.

Through deep inner work, overcoming my self-limiting beliefs, and step by step moving toward the person I truly am and want to be, I now live a pretty calm, balanced and fulfilling life. I’m not immune from stress, but I can handle it. I’m out of the burnout cycle. And I know my worth.

I’m happy, calm and confident.
