I am so excited to share my Signature Coaching Programme, Becoming You.
This programme, this journey, has been a lifetime in the making and encapsulates everything I have learnt and experienced to date... and so much more.
Becoming You is a 6 month journey to the truest essence of you. It is an unwrapping, a letting go of the layers that once were put in place for protection, but now hold you back and keep you stuck.
For me, Real transformation and growth for me has never been about doing ‘more’, being ‘better’, or reaching big, impressive goals. It's been an unwrapping. It’s been about doing less. It’s the unwrapping of the layers that my younger self put in place to protect me, to get praise and receive love.
And through the journey of unwrapping I have become myself.
My true self. Calm, confident, with great self-belief and inner-trust.

2 x 90 minute deep dive 1:1 sessions to begin your journey
10 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions
Voxer* support in between sessions to remain accountable, celebrate wins, and navigate any challenges
A Becoming You wellness journal to utilise throughout your journey and beyond. (And a beautiful pen because having nice stationary is super important to me)
Workbooks and additional tools to support your journey
Personalised ‘reading’ list – throughout your journey I’ll add to your reading list with books/audiobooks/podcasts etc that I feel will enrich your experience.

Option to pay in full or in monthly instalments.
Monthly: £200 per month
Total: £1200
The first payment, or £200 of the total if paying in full, must be made at time of booking.
How to book
In order to reserve your place on Becoming You, please click here to book a consultation call. This is simply an opportunity to get to know each other, ensure we are the right fit for each other, and also to ask any questions you may have.
Following the discovery call you will be able to secure your place with the initial payment, secure your 1:1 session times, and you will then receive your course materials.
Your first session will be w/c 16th September and will run bi-weekly for 6 months*
*where you may need a week off for any reason the session can be moved to a more convenient time where possible. Christmas sessions will be agreed a month prior to accommodate any needs around this time.
